Electrical Resistivity

Due to the growing concerns of workplace safety, more and more factories require measurements against static electricity. HAKKO paint Hose with Grounding Wire meets this requirement.

With the stainless-steel fiber and conductive polyurethane line, it can eliminate the static electricity charged to the spray gun. Also, thanks to the spiral structure of stainless steel fiber and conductive polyurethane line, the steel fiber does not have to be taken out.

For Water-Based Paints:

As for environmental protection, volatile organic compounds (VOC) is recommended by the Ministry of the Environment. Oil-based paints (using a second organic solvent such as toluene or xylene) have been replaced by water-based paints.

The duration of nylon hoses in water-based paints is very short as chemical resistance to alcohols and amines is relatively low.

We recommend that ETFE Electrical Resistivity of Hose should be used for water-based paints thanks to their high chemical resistance to alcohols and amines.
