SUS 316 Double Ferrules Compression fittings

Double Ferrules fittings are designed to connect stainless steel or hard plastic tubes.
Our fittings are widely applied in mechanical industry, liquid, or gas applications.
The two-ferrule design provides leak-tight connections, with pressure resistance up to 210 kg/cm2.
Double Ferrule fittings include Male/Female Connector, Union, Tee, Elbow, Cross, Female Tee, Branch Tee, 45° Elbow, Plug, Cap, and Tube Insert.
Stainless Steel adapters are also available in a variety of options.

Applications

All kinds of tubing including materials of Stainless steel, Teflon, PU, Nylon… etc.

Installation Instructions

Make sure the tube is cut neatly before installation.

A. Stainless steel hose (Metal material)

  1. Sizes 1/4”~1”, 25mm

Fully insert the tube into the fitting and against the shoulder; rotate the nut finger-tight.

While holding the fitting body steady, tighten the nut one and one-quarter turns. Mark the nut with a mark pen if needed.

  1. Sizes 1/8”~3/16”

Fully insert the tube into the fitting and against the shoulder; rotate the nut finger-tight.

While holding the fitting body steady, tighten the nut three-quarter turn. Mark the nut with a mark pen if needed.

B. Teflon, PU hoses (Flexible material)

Fully insert the tube into the fitting and against the shoulder; rotate the nut finger-tight. While holding the fitting body steady, tighten the nut one turn.
