HAKKO CORPORATION manufactures Black Flexible Fluorine ETFE Resin Tubing for transporting UV curable inks. It blocks the ultraviolet, so the inks inside the tube/hose will not be hardened or deteriorated.

It also shows the superior ability of Flexibility, Solvent Resistance, Good Gas Barrier, Impermeability to fluids which make sure the inks will not be reacted with outer humidity and oxygen result in blocks of ink nozzle and affect printing quality.

Non-adherence of the inner layer makes it easier on cleaning. It will significantly reduce the replacement of tubes and nozzles as well as extend longer working time for printing machines.

Current Problem
Teflon tube is wrapped with black vinyl tapes before transferring UV ink, so it takes time to exchange the tube.
Situation
Company A was carrying UV ink by normal Teflon tubes. Due to the light of the fluorescent lamp, they had to wind the black vinyl tapes onto the tubes. When the tubes were replaced, it was troublesome to rewind the black vinyl tapes. So, they were looking for the solution of ink resistance and Anti-UV tubes.
